Job summary

AHU Technologies Inc. seeks a hands-on Senior Developer to build, release, and operate STAAND, the DC CCWIS built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. You will own CI/CD, ALM end-to-end, write complex code, and collaborate with social workers and partners to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires daily in-code work, production support, and direct engagement with clients; it is a working lead position in a GCC/HDP environment. Flexible work-from-home options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Progressive software development experience and hands-on Dynamics 365/Dataverse/Power Platform.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and ALM.
• Ability to mentor others and lead development efforts in a government-context project.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on development of Dataverse plug-ins, custom APIs, PCF controls, and Power Platform extensions.
• Own CI/CD pipelines, ALM, release engineering, and environment hygiene.
• Review code as primary merge authority and enforce security and quality standards.
• Provide production support, incident triage, and health monitoring for STAAND.
• Engage with social workers, supervisors, partners, and training teams to ensure delivery meets needs.
• Lead a development team and coordinate with stakeholders for requirements and UAT.
