Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Sr Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform Developer to support case management systems. You will design, build, test and deploy Dynamics 365 solutions, collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

The role requires 7+ years of experience, US citizenship, a US bachelor’s degree, and the ability to travel up to 25% in a hybrid work environment. Power Platform and strong C#/SQL/.NET skills are essential.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship is required.
• US equivalent Bachelor's Degree.
• 7+ years of professional experience.
• 4+ years implementing and managing CRM solutions at enterprise level (Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365).
• Hybrid work environment with travel up to 25%.
• Experience evaluating, designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 business solutions, often on-site.
• Translate technical info into easy-to-understand business concepts.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience developing and deploying business apps using Microsoft Dynamics Power Platform.
• Core skills: C#, SQL, .Net and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver case management solutions with timelines; identify risks and mitigate during design.
• Collaborate with client, Project Leads, Architects, and Business Analysts for high-quality outcomes.
• Gather requirements and propose solutions based on client needs.
• Contribute to Dynamics CRM implementations through all project phases: discovery, definition, build, test, deploy.
• Participate in data-centric discussions with the client during discovery meetings.
• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, diagrams and prototypes.
• Develop integrations and customizations to Dynamics CRM.
• Define specifications and implement custom code or data migration requirements.
• Demonstrate the technology solution to clients and refine project specs.
