Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform Architect to design, implement, and support Dynamics 365 solutions for client use cases. The role requires traveling to multiple client locations up to 25% and working in a hybrid environment.

You will lead CRM implementations, translate requirements into technical designs, and guide data migrations and integrations using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 7+ years of professional CRM experience, including Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Experience leading enterprise CRM projects and client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead Dynamics CRM implementations across all project phases from discovery to deploy.
• Design and develop integrations and customizations to Dynamics CRM.
• Translate technical concepts into business-friendly explanations for clients.
• Mentor team members and guide demonstrations of the solution.
