Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Sr Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform Developer in the Washington, DC area to support case management systems. You will design, customize, and deploy Dynamics 365 solutions, develop integrations, and ensure high-quality delivery across project phases.

Role requires US citizenship and ability to obtain a public trust clearance, with hybrid work and up to 25% travel. Strong collaboration and analytical skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four (4) years of professional experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience implementing and managing CRM solutions at an enterprise level (Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365).
• US Citizenship is required for this role; ability to obtain a clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver case management solutions within required timelines.
• Collaborate with client, project leads, architects, and analysts to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Gather technical requirements and propose solutions aligned with client needs.
• Contribute to Dynamics CRM implementations through all project phases including discovery, build, test and deploy.
• Develop integrations and customizations to Dynamics CRM and data migrations as needed.
