Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Sr Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform Developer to support client Case Management systems. You will design and deliver solutions, gather requirements, and develop Dynamics CRM customizations during all project phases.

Hybrid work environment with up to 25% travel. Strong focus on architecture, data migration, and delivering high-quality CRM solutions for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required
• US equivalent Bachelor's Degree or higher
• 7+ years of professional experience
• 4+ years implementing and managing CRM (Dynamics CRM/365) at enterprise level
• Hybrid work environment with up to 25% travel
• Experience evaluating, designing, and implementing Dynamics 365 solutions on-site
• Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver case management solutions within timelines
• Gather technical requirements and propose client-aligned solutions
• Contribute to Dynamics CRM implementations through all project phases
• Develop integrations and customizations for Dynamics CRM
• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, diagrams, and prototypes
• Demonstrate technology solutions to clients and refine project specifications
• Document risks and mitigate technical debt, travel to client locations as needed
