Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Sr Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform Developer to support Case Management systems. You will design and deliver solutions, gather requirements, and implement Dynamics CRM with data migrations, collaborating with clients and teams across project phases.

Role requires US citizenship, a bachelor’s degree, and 4+ years in CRM implementations, with 2+ years in Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365. Travel up to 25% and hybrid work environment offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four (4) years of professional experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience implementing and managing CRM solutions (Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365).
• Ability to travel up to 25% and work in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver case management solutions within required timelines.
• Collaborate with client, project leads, architects, and business analysts.
• Gather technical requirements and propose client-aligned solutions.
• Contribute to Dynamics CRM implementations across all project phases.
• Develop integrations and customizations for Dynamics CRM.
• Document risks, issues and mitigation strategies and support data migration.
