Job summary

Motion is seeking a Software Engineer III to design, develop, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 business applications across CRM, F&O, and Project Operations. You will use Dataverse, Power Platform, and Dynamics native capabilities to deliver scalable solutions that improve processes and user experience.

The role requires 7+ years in software development, 5+ years with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, and strong C#, .NET, JavaScript, REST, and SQL skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Experience with Microsoft Dataverse data modeling and app development.
• Experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, REST APIs, and SQL.
• Experience building integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems.
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure Integration Services.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 security roles, business processes, and data management.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and source control practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and support solutions within Dynamics 365 CRM, F&O, and Project Operations.
• Build and enhance applications using Dataverse, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365 native capabilities.
• Develop integrations using APIs, Power Automate, Azure services, and other enterprise technologies.
• Customize and extend Dynamics apps through plugins, workflows, JavaScript, and low-code tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and ALM activities.
• Contribute to system design discussions, ensuring security, performance, and maintainability.
