Job summary

USA MOT Motion Industries, Inc. seeks a Software Engineer III to design, develop, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 business applications including CRM, F&O, and Project Operations.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that improve processes and user experiences. The role requires strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, REST APIs, C#, .NET, JavaScript, and CI/CD in Azure DevOps, in Agile environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform experience.
• Experience with Dataverse data modeling and app development.
• Experience with REST APIs, C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Experience building integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and source control.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, F&O, and Project Operations.
• Build and enhance applications using Dataverse, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365 capabilities.
• Develop integrations using APIs, Power Automate, Azure services, and other enterprise tech.
• Customize Dynamics apps with plugins, workflows, JavaScript, Power Apps, and low-code tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and lifecycle management.
• Contribute to system design discussions and promote security, performance, and maintainability.
