Job summary

Cat Digital seeks a skilled Software Engineer to design, develop, and implement business solutions using Power Platform and Dynamics 365, ensuring efficient data architecture and enterprise integration.

You will design custom apps, model data for analytics, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable designs. Strong Azure, SQL, and scripting skills are essential in a fast-paced agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and development.
• Expert level experience with Azure DevOps.
• Strong data modeling skills, including relational and dimensional data models.
• Knowledge of Dataverse and data integration approaches.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services is a plus.
• Extensive experience with SQL.
• Working knowledge of Azure tenant and environment management.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, C#, or Power Query.
• Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Microsoft certifications related to Power Platform or Dynamics 365.
• Experience with cloud solutions architecture and deployment.
• Understanding of business process automation and CRM/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom applications and workflows using Microsoft Power Platform components including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Customize, configure, and extend Dynamics 365 modules to meet business requirements.
• Develop and optimize data models to support analytics, reporting, and operational needs across applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into technical designs and scalable solutions.
• Implement integration solutions between Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and other enterprise systems using APIs and middleware tools.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational policies.
• Create technical documentation, conduct training sessions, and provide support for implemented solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, agile development processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
