Job summary

DMI is seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Apps Developer to lead development and support for Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Platform, and API integrations in a federally regulated environment. This remote US-based role focuses on delivering sprint-based enhancements, maintaining documentation, and ensuring 508 compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent combination with 9+ years Dynamics 365/Power Platform development experience.
• One current Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certification (PL-400/MB-230/PL-200).
• 7+ years of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform development experience; include Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, Power Pages.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and support Dynamics 365 Customer Service including case management, queues, routing, and entity customizations.
• Build and maintain Power Apps (model-driven and canvas), Dataverse schemas, Power Pages, Power Automate flows, and Power BI reporting.
• Design and maintain API integrations (OAI-PMH/REST) within Power Platform/Azure integration architecture.
• Ensure release control via Change Control Board and compliance with Section 508 requirements.
