Connected Logistics in the United States is seeking an SME Software Developer, Applications, to support the PRiMES system for the Department of State. The role focuses on designing and implementing enterprise solutions within Dynamics 365 CRM and the Microsoft Power Platform, including CRM plugins, Power Apps, and Web API integrations.

Qualifications

• Must have an active Secret Clearance at time of award.
• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in statistics, computer science, mathematics, or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience developing and supporting Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Strong Development experience with C#, JavaScript, .NET, ASP.NET, Web API, or similar Microsoft technologies.
• Experience developing CRM plugins, JavaScript web resources, custom entities, forms, views, workflows, and security roles.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications using REST APIs, OData, JSON, XML, and related integration models.
• Strong SQL Server experience, including database development, stored procedures, views, triggers, and reporting queries.
• Experience supporting enterprise application modernization or enhancement initiatives.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and federal clients.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop and maintain enterprise solutions within Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
• Configure custom entities, forms, views, rules, workflows and CRM security models.
• Develop CRM plugins, JavaScript resources and custom logic using C#, JavaScript, Dynamics SDK.
• Build and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate workflows for process automation.
• Develop and enhance applications using .NET, ASP.NET, Web API, C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform with external systems via REST APIs, OData, JSON, XML.
• Support SQL Server DB development, stored procedures, views, triggers, data queries and reporting.
• Assist data migration, modernization and enhancement initiatives.
• Support automated notifications, workflows and system-triggered logic.
• Troubleshoot issues and support production systems; implement user-driven enhancements.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and deliver high-quality software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and document solutions.
