Job summary

Connected Logistics is seeking a highly skilled SME Software Developer, Applications to support PRiMES for the Department of State. The role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions, with integration to external systems via REST APIs.

You will work in Agile settings to deliver enterprise-grade software and participate in cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Hands-on experience developing and supporting Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Strong Development experience with C#, JavaScript, .NET, ASP.NET, Web API, or similar Microsoft technologies.
• Experience developing CRM plugins, JavaScript web resources, custom entities, forms, views, workflows, and security roles.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications using REST APIs, OData, JSON, XML, and related integration models.
• Strong SQL Server experience, including database development, stored procedures, views, triggers, and reporting queries.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and federal clients.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain enterprise solutions within Dynamics 365 CRM and the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Configure custom entities, forms, views, business rules, workflows and CRM security models.
• Develop CRM plugins, JavaScript resources and custom logic using C# and Dynamics CRM SDK.
• Build and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate workflows for business processes.
• Develop and enhance applications using .NET, ASP.NET, Web API, C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 and Power Platform with external systems via REST/OData.
• Support SQL Server database development, including stored procedures and reporting queries.
• Assist data migration, modernization and enhancement initiatives.
• Support automated notifications and workflow processes.
