Job summary

DMI (Digital Management, Inc.) is seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Apps Developer to lead all application development and support activities for the ABMC project. This role focuses on Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Platform, and related API integrations in a remote US setting.

You will own the application inventory, data flows, and integration architecture across Dataverse, Power Pages, Power Automate, and Power BI, delivering sprint-based enhancements and documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 9+ years of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform development experience.
• One current Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certification (PL-400, MB-230, or PL-200).
• U.S. citizen; work within the United States; federal/regulatory environment experience.
• Experience delivering in sprint-based models with change control and 508 compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and support Dynamics 365 Customer Service, including case management workflows, queues, routing rules, and entity customizations within the ABMC/ DMI tenant.
• Build and maintain Power Apps (model-driven and canvas), Dataverse schemas, Power Pages, Power Automate, and Power BI reports aligned to business requirements.
• Design and maintain OAI-PMH and RESTful API integrations to support WeRemember and successor platforms.
• Manage development under Change Control Board authorization; no production deployments without CCB approval.
• Ensure Section 508 accessibility compliance for all deliverables.
