DMI seeks a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Apps Developer to lead development and support for ABMC's Dynamics 365 Customer Service platform, Power Platform suite, and API integrations. You will oversee application inventory, data flows, and integration architecture across Dataverse, Power Pages, Power Automate, and Power BI, with changes governed by the Change Control Board.

Requires a current Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certification, 7+ years in the field, and US-based work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 9+ years of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform development experience.
• Current Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certification (e.g., PL-400, MB-230, PL-200).
• S-based. All configuration and development work must be performed within the United States.
• 7+ years of experience developing and supporting Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Experience designing and consuming OAI-PMH or RESTful APIs within Power Platform/Azure architecture.
• Experience delivering work under sprint-based model with Change Control processes and Section 508 compliance.

Responsabilités

• Develop, configure, and support Dynamics 365 Customer Service deployments including case management, queues, and entity customization.
• Build and maintain Power Apps (model-driven and canvas), Dataverse schemas, Power Pages, Power Automate flows, and Power BI reports.
• Design and maintain API integrations (OAI-PMH/RESTful) to support WeRemember app and future platforms.
• Manage development via Change Control Board; no production deployments without CCB approval.
• Produce Technical Design documents, Test Plans, and Release Notes for each sprint iteration.
• Ensure all deliverables meet Section 508 accessibility requirements.
