Job summary

Dhaka Technologies Limited Company (DTLC) is hiring a Senior Developer to support the DC Child and Family Services Agency (CFSA) in building and operating STAAND, a CCWIS based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. The role requires hands-on coding, end-to-end ALM, and direct engagement with social workers and CFSA teams.

The candidate will own CI/CD, code reviews, production support, and release management, while actively mentoring CFSA staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or a closely related technical discipline.
• Progressive software development experience (Required, 10 years).
• Hands-on Dynamics 365 CE / Dataverse / Power Platform development (Required, 6 years).
• Azure DevOps pipeline authoring and ownership (Required, 4 years).
• Security-focused development practices (Required, 3 years).
• Experience with government cloud delivery (GCC/Government) (Desired, 2 years).

Responsibilities

• Hands-on development across GCC/commercial boundary with robust retry, idempotency, and dead-letter handling.
• Own CI/CD, ALM, release engineering, and automated deployment across environments.
• Review PRs and enforce coding standards, security, performance, and test coverage.
• Provide production support ownership with defined SLAs and incident response.
• Mentor CFSA staff and contract developers to transfer capabilities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to validate releases and ensure operational needs are met.
