Tecknomic LLC in Washington, DC is seeking a hands-on Senior Developer for STAAND, its Dynamics 365 / Power Platform‑based child‑welfare system. The role is hybrid with four days onsite in Washington DC and involves complex D365/Dataverse development, Azure integration, CI/CD, and Power Platform ALM ownership.

You will own pull‑request reviews, production support, and portal functionality with emphasis on security, performance, and test coverage across multiple environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline.
• 10 plus years of progressive software development; 6 plus years hands‑on Dynamics 365 CE / Dataverse / Power Platform development.
• Azure DevOps pipeline ownership (YAML) and Power Platform ALM; pull‑request merge authority on protected branches.
• Azure development (Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Key Vault); production support with SLAs.
• Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate (PL‑400) and Power Platform DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ‑400) certifications.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integrations across GCC and cloud boundary with retry and reconciliation.
• Own Azure DevOps YAML build and release pipelines and Power Platform ALM.
• Serve as primary reviewer and merge authority for PRs into protected branches.
• Own production support: triage, root‑cause analysis, and permanent fixes across modules.
• Implement and maintain Power Pages portal functionality and automated test coverage.
