Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline. Required 20 Years
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600). Required
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305). Required
• Pro-code D365 extensibility — C#/.NET plug-ins, custom APIs, PCF controls. Required 5 Years
• Dynamics 365 Customer Service (MB-230). Required
• Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102). Desired
• Government cloud delivery — GCC, GCC High, or Azure Government. Required 2 Years
• Power Platform ALM, solution layering, Azure DevOps CI/CD. Required 4 Years
• Cross-cloud or cross-tenant architecture (government, commercial). Required 2 Years

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the authoritative architecture for a multi-modality platform.
• Build in the platform: model-driven apps, plugins, custom APIs, PCF controls, and TypeScript/JavaScript extensions.
• Define architecture standards, patterns, and debt registers across modules and portals.
• Lead design authority reviews and sign off on major designs before build.
• Diagnose platform issues including performance, API limits, and data residency concerns.
• Design and harden GCC and commercial Azure boundaries and data flows.
