Job summary
Gointellects Inc. seeks a hands-on Senior Developer for the STAAND system in Washington, DC. You will own end-to-end development with D365, Power Platform, and Azure, including CI/CD, ALM, and production support.
You will work daily in the codebase, collaborating with social workers and partners to meet real operational needs. You will design complex integrations, lead releases, and enforce security and quality standards across six portals and external users, ensuring timely delivery in a hybrid
Qualifications
- Hands-on senior developer with D365/Power Platform and Azure experience.
- Experience designing and delivering CI/CD pipelines and ALM for complex cloud solutions.
- Ability to write robust code in C#/.NET and front-end in TypeScript/PCF.
- Familiar with Dataverse, Power Fx, and integration components.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Dataverse plugins and APIs in C#/.NET.
- Own CI/CD pipelines, ALM, and release across Dev/Test/UAT/Prod.
- Review code for security, quality, and performance; mentor junior developers.
- Operate production support, diagnose defects, and drive permanent fixes.
- Engage with social workers and partners to align delivery with needs.
- Lead six external portal integrations and ensure user authentication flow.
