The DC Child and Family Services Agency (CFSA) is hiring a hands‑on Senior Developer for STAAND, its Dynamics 365 / Power Platform child‑welfare system (hybrid, 4 days onsite in Washington DC): complex D365/Dataverse development (C#/.NET plug-ins, custom APIs, PCF, Power Fx), Azure integration, CI/CD and Power Platform ALM ownership, pull‑request merge authority, and production support.

What you’ll do

• Build and maintain integrations across the GCC and commercial‑cloud boundary with retry, idempotency, dead‑letter handling, and reconciliation
• Own Azure DevOps YAML build and release pipelines and Power Platform ALM (solution export/pack, environment variables, connection references, managed deployments across Dev/Test/UAT/Train/Prod)
• Serve as primary reviewer and merge authority for pull requests into protected branches; enforce coding, security, performance, and test‑coverage standards
• Own production support: triage, root‑cause analysis, and permanent fixes across modules and six external portals, with monitoring and observability (Application Insights, Azure Monitor)
• Implement and maintain Power Pages portal functionality (web roles, table permissions, external‑user authentication) and automated test coverage

What you need
