Job summary

Apogee Services Inc. is seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Platform Administrator to manage the day-to-day administration, security, and lifecycle of the enterprise D365 platform.

The role partners with business units, IT teams, Microsoft, and MSPs to keep the platform stable and aligned with enterprise standards. Initial focus on Corporate Dynamics 365 with expansion to Finance, SCM, and Warehouse as the platform scales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Dynamics AX environments.
• Experience administering Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Experience with D365 environments, security, users, roles, batch jobs, releases and lifecycle activities.
• Familiarity with Power Platform Admin Center and LCS.
• Understanding of D365 role-based security and D365 integrations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for Microsoft Dynamics 365 across Dev, Test/SIT, UAT and Production.
• Coordinate D365 releases, updates, patches, and deployments.
• Provide Level 2/3 technical support for D365 and troubleshoot issues with internal teams and partners.
• Monitor environment health, security, and data integrity; ensure documentation is up-to-date.
