Job summary

Apogee Services Inc. is seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Platform Administrator to own day-to-day administration, security, and lifecycle management of the enterprise D365 platform.

The role partners with IT and business teams to keep the platform stable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards; initial focus on Corporate Dynamics 365 implementation with expansion to Finance, SCM, and Warehouse modules.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Microsoft Dynamics AX environments.
• Hands-on experience administering Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Experience managing D365 environments, security, users, roles, batch jobs, releases, and application lifecycle activities.
• Experience with Power Platform Admin Center and Dynamics Lifecycle Services (LCS).
• Understanding of Dynamics 365 role-based security.
• Experience troubleshooting D365 application and technical issues.
• Understanding of D365 integrations, APIs, Dataverse, and Microsoft Azure technologies.
• Experience working with Azure DevOps or similar development/release management tools.
• Understanding of enterprise change management and release management practices.
• Ability to work effectively with functional analysts, developers, integration teams, infrastructure/security teams, business users, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Manage Development, Test/SIT, UAT, and Production environments.
• Manage environment configuration, refreshes, copies, backups, restores, and other lifecycle activities.
• Administer D365 through the Power Platform Admin Center and LCS.
• Monitor platform health, capacity, system performance, and batch processing.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolution with Microsoft or partners.
• Maintain security roles and access documentation.
• Coordinate releases, updates, patches, and deployments.
• Coordinate integrations with external systems and APIs.
