Job summary

Apogee Services Inc. is seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Platform Administrator to oversee the day-to-day administration, security, and lifecycle management of the enterprise D365 platform.

You will work with business and IT teams, Microsoft, and partners to maintain stability and compliance as we expand Finance, Supply Chain, and Warehouse modules. The role requires 5+ years in D365, strong admin skills, and experience with LCS, Power Platform, and Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Dynamics AX environments.
• Strong hands-on experience administering Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Experience managing D365 environments, security, users, roles, batch jobs, releases, and lifecycle activities.
• Experience with Power Platform Admin Center and Dynamics Lifecycle Services (LCS).
• Understanding of Dynamics 365 role-based security.
• Experience troubleshooting D365 application and technical issues.
• Understanding of D365 integrations, APIs, Dataverse, and Microsoft Azure technologies.
• Experience working with Azure DevOps or similar release management tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Manage Development, Test/SIT, UAT, and Production environments.
• Coordinate environment configuration, refreshes, backups, and restores.
• Administer D365 with Power Platform Admin Center and LCS.
• Monitor platform health, capacity, and batch processing.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with Microsoft or partners.
• Maintain technical documentation and governance artifacts.
• Coordinate releases and CI/CD with teams and partners.
