Job summary

Apogee Services Inc. seeks a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Platform Administrator to own day-to-day admin, security, and lifecycle management of the enterprise D365 platform.

You will partner with IT, business teams, and partners to ensure stability, security, and compliance. You will oversee development, test, UAT, and production environments, coordinate releases, and support integrations across Finance, Supply Chain, and Warehouse Management as the platform expands.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 or AX environments.
• Strong hands-on experience administering Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Experience managing D365 environments, security, users, roles, and releases.
• Experience with Power Platform Admin Center and LCS.
• Understanding of D365 role-based security.
• Experience troubleshooting D365 application and technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Manage Development, Test/SIT, UAT, and Production environments.
• Administer D365 through admin tools including Power Platform Admin Center and LCS.
• Monitor platform health, capacity and performance.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolutions with Microsoft or partners.
• Coordinate releases, updates, and deployments across environments.
