Apogee Services Inc. is seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Platform Administrator to oversee day‑to‑day administration, security, and lifecycle management of the enterprise D365 platform.

The role partners with IT and business teams to ensure stability and alignment with enterprise standards. The position supports the Corporate Dynamics 365 implementation initially and will expand to oversee Finance, Supply Chain, and Warehouse Management across the enterprise as deployments progress.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Microsoft Dynamics AX environments.
• Strong hands‑on experience administering Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Experience managing D365 environments, security, users, roles, batch jobs, releases, and lifecycle activities.
• Experience with Power Platform Admin Center and Dynamics Lifecycle Services (LCS).
• Understanding of Dynamics 365 role‑based security.
• Experience troubleshooting D365 application and technical issues.
• Understanding of D365 integrations, APIs, Dataverse, and Azure technologies.
• Experience working with Azure DevOps or similar development/release management tools.
• Understanding of enterprise change management and release management practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Manage Development, Test/SIT, UAT, and Production environments.
• Manage environment configuration, refreshes, copies, backups, restores, and other lifecycle activities.
• Administer D365 through Power Platform Admin Center and LCS.
• Monitor platform health, capacity, system performance, batch processing, and recurring jobs.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolution with Microsoft or external partners.
• Maintain platform configuration and technical documentation.
• Coordinate releases, updates, patches, and deployments.
