Job summary

HellermannTyton North America is seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Administrator to own the day-to-day operation, configuration, and ongoing improvement of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform. This role ensures the system is usable, trusted, secured, and aligned to evolving business needs with high visibility across sales, support teams, and executive management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM administration experience.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI skills.
• Experience with CRM data migrations or ERP integrations preferred.
• Familiarity with Copilot for Dynamics 365 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer & configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications using out-of-the-box capabilities.
• Configure forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and standard automation.
• Manage users, security roles, data hygiene, and platform governance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into CRM configurations.
• Lead user onboarding, training, and day-to-day support to drive adoption.
• Coordinate system updates and document changes with IT, tracking KPIs.
