Job summary

The Intersect Group seeks an experienced Senior Developer for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE to lead design, development, and delivery of scalable CRM solutions. You will drive customer engagement enhancements and enterprise-wide digital transformation using Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform.

You will collaborate with consultants, solution architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into robust, integrated solutions, guiding technical direction and ensuring quality across development

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on development with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM across modules.
Strong Power Platform experience: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages.
Deep Dataverse knowledge including data modeling, security roles.
Experience with Dual Write and data synchronization between Dynamics 365 CE and ERP apps.
Proficiency integrating Dynamics 365 with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Build, enhance, and maintain Model-Driven and Canvas Power Apps, including PCF controls.
Develop and support integrations between Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Azure services, and third-party apps.
Lead technical design sessions and create technical specifications translating business requirements into scalable solutions.
Manage ALM processes across development, testing, UAT, and production environments using Azure DevOps.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, performance, data, and integration issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are tested, documented, and aligned with business objectives.
Provide guidance on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform enhancements, security models, and platform capabilities.
