Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to lead architecture and delivery of Dynamics 365 CE solutions. You will translate complex business needs into technical requirements, build Dataverse data models, and determine when to use configuration versus custom development to ensure long‑term maintainability.

You will work across Power Platform tools, custom code, and Azure integrations to create secure, scalable, and user‑centric business applications.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
• Strong experience with C#.NET for plugin and backend development.
• Solid understanding of MS Dataverse architecture.
• Experience building automated workflows with Power Automate.
• Hands-on with Power Apps (canvas/model-driven), Power Pages, JavaScript, Liquid Templates.
• Ability to analyze requirements and translate into scalable solutions.
• Must have a Secret Clearance and US citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture and development for Dynamics 365 CE.
• Translate business objectives into structured technical specifications.
• Design scalable Dataverse data models and map business processes.
• Evaluate configuration vs custom development for maintainability.
• Build and customize with C# plugins, Power Automate, Power Apps, and JavaScript.
• Manage solution deployments, version control, and lifecycle.
• Implement and maintain Dynamics 365 security models for compliance.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using Azure Functions and Service Bus.
• Develop and support SSRS reports for operations and analytics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business strategy.
