Ludia Consulting is hiring a Sr. Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Field Service Consultant. This remote-US role focuses on delivering advanced Microsoft Dynamics CE/Sales/Project Operations solutions, partnering with clients, and driving data migration, integration, and process optimization.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years implementing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, deep Dataverse/Power Platform knowledge, and strong communication skills with the ability to travel up to 50% across the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, focusing on Sales and Project Operations.
• Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE/Sales/Project Operations across full lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of Lead-to-Cash and Project-to-Profit processes.
• Experience with Dataverse, Power Platform, Power Automate, and business automation.
• Strong client-facing communication and workshop facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver client engagements by translating functional concepts into technical solutions.
• Lead requirements workshops and perform fit-gap analyses.
• Design scalable D365 CE solutions and oversee implementation lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Delivery team on data migration, integration, training and custom development.
