Job summary

Qorali is seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 CE Developer to join our IT services team, delivering scalable CRM solutions across client projects and aligning with functional consultants, architects, and project teams.

You will design, develop, customise, and extend Dynamics 365 CE, build Power Platform solutions, design Dataverse components, and implement integrations using Azure services and modern DevOps practices. Strong problem solving and production support experience required.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 CE/CRM experience across modules.
• Proven ability to lead complex implementations and solution architecture.
• Hands-on Dataverse, Power Apps and Power Automate experience.
• Strong C# development, plug-ins, and custom APIs.
• Azure services and modern DevOps (CI/CD) familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customise, and extend Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
• Build and maintain Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Develop Dataverse components including tables, relationships, rules, security, and ALM-aligned architecture.
• Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using Azure services and custom APIs.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 CE Developer to join an IT Services & Consulting environment, delivering scalable and tailored CRM solutions across a range of client projects. You will work closely with functional consultants, architects, project teams, and clients to design, develop, integrate, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, customise, and extend Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
• Build and maintain Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Develop and maintain Dataverse components including tables, relationships, business rules, security roles, and solution architecture aligned with Power Platform ALM best practices.
• Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using Azure services (API Management, Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus) custom APIs, and Power Automate flows.
• Manage solution deployment and ALM, including managed/unmanaged solutions, environments, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot performance, integration, and production issues across Dynamics 365 environments.

Technical Skills:

• 9+ years experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service and Customer Insights).
• Demonstrated experience in complex Dynamics 365 implementations, including platform configuration, custom development and solution architecture.
• Hands on experience with Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Deep experience in C# development, Dataverse data modelling, plug-ins and custom APIs.
• Experience working with Azure services and modern DevOps practices including Azure DevOps and GitHub.
• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, release management, source control and application lifecycle management.
