Job summary
IDEX Corporation is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant to lead design and configuration of the CRM across multiple business units. This role partners with Sales, Service, Marketing, Operations, and IT to deliver scalable, out-of-the-box solutions with post-go-live optimization.
You will own agile delivery, requirements workshops, data mapping, and integrations with Power Platform, BI, and ERP systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Omnichannel.
- Proficiency with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Agile/Scrum or Hybrid delivery model experience and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements discovery workshops with stakeholders to document business needs.
- Configure Dynamics 365 CE including entities, forms, views, dashboards and rules.
- Support data modeling, migration mapping, and integration specs with ERP, Power BI, and marketing platforms.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and testers throughout SIT, UAT, and release validation.
- Serve as SME for Customer Service, Omnichannel, Lead and Opportunity management.
- Drive governance standards, training, and adoption across regions and BU teams.
