Seneca Resources is seeking a Principal Dynamics 365 CE Developer to lead design, development, and support across Dynamics 365 CE, CIJ, Dataverse, and the Power Platform. The role combines hands-on coding with technical leadership, mentoring teammates, and collaborating with product teams to deliver scalable, high-quality Microsoft solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Dynamics CRM / 365 CE development experience.
• Hands-on with Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Platform.
• Experience building integrations using REST, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
• Azure DevOps experience for CI/CD and deployments.
• Strong communication and collaboration in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Dynamics 365 CE solutions (Sales/Customer Service).
• Lead development efforts and ensure coding standards and documentation.
• Mentor developers and promote best practices across the team.
• Build and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
• Design integrations with REST APIs, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
