Centre Technologies in Houston, TX seeks a Senior Consultant to lead Dynamics Business Central projects, guiding design, implementation, and upgrades in Microsoft Cloud and on-prem environments. You will provide SME support to clients and collaborate with the internal team to evolve best practices.

The role emphasizes delivering value through process improvements, training, and proactive issue resolution while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• 3+ years of experience designing, configuring, and supporting Dynamics NAV and/or Business Central.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional customer service orientation and collaboration in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, implement, and support Dynamics BC customizations for new and existing customers.
• Provide data reconciliation and issue resolution for Dynamics BC.
• Identify opportunities for training, modules, and process improvements.
• Document issues, risks, and changes in internal systems and CRM.
• Coordinate updates, hotfixes, and upgrades for existing customers.
• Assist with internal and external product training curricula and documentation.
• Contribute to testing and rollout of new customizations and products.
