Job summary

Beacon Technologies seeks an MS Dynamics Business Central Consultant to provide business consulting, implementation, and support for ERP solutions for client partners. The role includes presales, mentorship, and contributing to ERP Team success, with travel to client sites as required.

The ideal candidate will have extensive accounting knowledge, strong technology understanding, and experience across multiple industries. Senior staff will coach newer consultants and help grow the ERP practice.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with accounting, product distribution and fulfillment, warehouse management, manufacturing, or other related business processes.
• 6+ years of experience providing business consulting services, supporting business systems, or implementing accounting/ERP solutions.
• Experience implementing or integrating with Microsoft ERP solutions.
• Bachelor's Degree in accounting, Business or Operations Management, or MIS or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Architect integrated use of technologies to solve business problems by gathering information, analyzing options, and evaluating alternatives.
• Train and support users of Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions; travel onsite to clients as needed.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, manage implementations, and mentor other consultants.
• Lead presales discovery and presentations; manage proposal preparation and presentations.
• Develop knowledge to identify client needs and opportunities addressable through services and products.
• Mentor and train consultants on best practices, project methodology, and teamwork.
