Job summary

Worldwide TechServices is seeking a Dynamic Server Support technician in Lakeland, FL to troubleshoot desktops, laptops, deskside systems, ESF and servers while interacting with clients to resolve issues promptly. You will provide customer support for designated equipment, handle service calls within SLA, and complete required reporting and administrative tasks while maintaining safety and asset control.

Qualifications

• Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent and 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance.
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver service calls within the established SLA.
• Meet customer satisfaction criteria per guidelines.
• Complete administrative tasks and real-time reporting.
• Follow policies and ensure asset/inventory control.
• Report activity accurately and promptly; adhere to safety policies.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.
