Job summary

Qualifications

BS in technical field or related equivalent experience.
2–5 years of relevant working experience in semiconductor equipment or related electronic systems.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for Cymer laser products to local engineers and field personnel.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair DUV light sources using standard laser theories.
Identify and report design, reliability, and maintenance issues to the engineering team.
Assist in resolving structural problems and implement field solutions to prevent recurrence.
Support NPI rollout including procedures, training, diagnostics, and new tools on-site.
Develop and validate troubleshooting procedures and Field Tools; update service documentation.
