ASML is seeking a Senior CS Technical Support Engineer for the Cymer division in San Diego to provide advanced technical support for DUV light sources, lead NPI rollout, and collaborate with field teams across multiple sites. Qualifications

• BS in technical field with semiconductor equipment experience; or equivalent experience in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and customer service on electronic systems.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant working experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Cymer engineers for diagnosing and repairing DUV light sources.
• Escalate and manage field issues when first/second-line support cannot resolve.
• Report design, reliability, and maintenance issues to engineering.
• Assist in resolving structural problems and prevent recurrence.
• Support NPI rollout including new diagnostics, tooling, and on-site training.
• Collaborate with SMEs to define troubleshooting procedures and alerts.
• Liaise for field requests and CIP.
• Update Guided Diagnostic Solutions and troubleshooting procedures.
• Develop and validate service procedures for install base.
• Deliver advanced FTSE training as needed.
• Manage Field Tools development, testing, and release.
