Qualifications

• At least one year of supervisory experience in human services or related field.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Human Services or related field preferred.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Strong leadership, emotional maturity and patience in supporting individuals with I/DD.
• Knowledge of HTFS Core Competencies and Core Values.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision and coaching to Direct Support Professionals.
• Coordinate scheduling, training, and on-site program operations.
• Maintain safety, inclusivity, and person-centered supports.
• Ensure proper documentation and progress notes.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in 24/7 on-call coverage.
