Job summary

PCI, based in Holliston, MA, seeks a Senior Project Manager - Drywall for New England 586 operations. You will lead interior drywall projects, manage safety plans, QA/QC, and coordinate with field supervisors to optimize scheduling and profitability.

You will prepare RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and cost control through FAWs, while maintaining strong client relations and adherence to PCI standards. OSHA certification is preferred; local travel within New England.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience on construction projects, focusing on interior scopes including drywall, framing, ACT.
• Ability to diagnose and process key information to identify profitability risks and navigate projects to avoid liabilities.
• Ability to interpret specifications and drawings for PCI's scope.
• Management skills to oversee projects and teams.
• Proficient Microsoft Excel & Word.
• Excellent communication skills.
• OSHA Certification.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with profitability focus.
• Team-oriented with positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in the safety plans and measures of the branch and assigned projects.
• Create/manage punch lists proactively.
• Prepare RFI’s, submittals and shop drawings.
• Coordinate warranties and O&M's.
• Assist in the buyout of subcontractors, issue contracts and manage change orders.
• Complete monthly FAWs for job cost control.
• Support branch through customer relations and align with Customer Alignment Plan.
