Job summary

Tower Semiconductor Ltd. is seeking an Equipment Engineering Technician, Sr. Staff - Dry Etch in San Antonio, TX.

You will perform preventive maintenance and repairs on semiconductor equipment, collaborating with Equipment Engineers and area leadership to resolve issues and support production goals. You will participate in shift pass-downs, manage workload, and contribute to developing and improving maintenance procedures while interfacing with Senior Technicians and Engineers to drive equipment

Qualifications

Must have AS degree in Electronics or Mechanical
2+ years experience in semiconductor manufacturing
Hands-on with listed LAM tools

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on semiconductor equipment
Collaborate with Equipment Engineers and managers to resolve issues
Participate in area shift pass-downs and manage workload per production priorities
Develop, document, and improve equipment maintenance procedures
Interface with Senior Technicians and Engineers to resolve issues
Perform diagnostic troubleshooting and repair on malfunctioning equipment
Support safety events and maintain equipment readiness for Dry Etch area
