• Work closely with Equipment Engineers and the area Manager/Group Leader to identify and resolve equipment and process-related issues in support of production goals.
• Participate in area shift pass-down activities and manage workload according to priorities set by production requirements.
• Perform routine maintenance on Dry Etch area systems.
• Participate in ERT/Safety events.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance and repairs on semiconductor equipment to ensure optimal operational performance. You will work closely with Equipment Engineers and the area Manager/Group Leader to identify and resolve equipment and process-related issues in support of production goals. Additionally, you will actively participate in area shift pass-down activities and manage your workload according to priorities set by production requirements.

• You can perform preventative maintenance tasks and rebuild assemblies.


• You have essential knowledge of hardware for chemical delivery, processing, and handling in semiconductor equipment.


• You can assist in analyzing and resolving recurring maintenance problems, and perform technical servicing of semiconductor production and support equipment.


• You can participate in developing, documenting, and improving semiconductor equipment maintenance procedures and systems, working from procedures, blueprints, sketches, drawings, and diagrams.
