Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics, located in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking a Senior Manager, Driver Operations for Road Transport US. The role leads driver operations, guides leadership teams, and ensures safety, service, and performance across customer accounts.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in transportation/logistics with 5+ years in leadership, strong customer relationship skills, and solid knowledge of DOT/FMCSA/HOS/ELD regulations. CDL-A preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in transportation, logistics, fleet, dedicated operations, or driver management.
• Minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience within transportation or logistics operations.
• Demonstrated experience managing customer relationships and communicating with customer leadership regarding operational performance, service expectations, and business needs.
• Experience with DOT, FMCSA, HOS, ELD, and related regulations.
• Experience with workforce planning, driver recruiting and retention, performance management, operational analytics, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for driver operations across locations and accounts.
• Lead, coach, and develop Driver Operations Managers and other leaders.
• Establish consistent operating standards and performance expectations.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships as a senior operational contact.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement action plans as needed.
• Drive driver engagement, retention, and safety compliance.
