Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Manager for regional electrical utility construction projects. You will manage projects from proposal development through execution, ensuring scoping, technical soundness, and delivery within schedule and budget.

The role requires coordinating with internal teams and external engineering partners, plus overseeing sourcing and procurement for field readiness. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor in Engineering or Construction Management and 3+ years of PM

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or equivalent in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
3+ years of experience in Project Management.
Experience with an electrical utility contractor, including substation or transmission projects.

Responsibilities

Manage projects from proposal development through execution, ensuring proper scoping, technical soundness, and alignment with schedule and budget.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners; oversee equipment sourcing and procurement; support construction planning for mobilization and field execution.
Review EPC proposals and work with Operations, Estimating, and Risk Management to ensure alignment across all phases of work.
