Job summary

States Manufacturing Corporation in Columbus, OH seeks a Program Manager (Electrical Power Distribution) to lead complex projects from order entry through shipment. You will manage cross-functional teams, drive timelines, and optimize margins while coordinating with customers and suppliers.

Required 10+ years in the field, engineering/PM degree, and strong knowledge of electrical distribution equipment. Travel to supplier and customer sites will be needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Project Management, or related technical field.
• Knowledge of electrical power distribution equipment required.
• Experience using ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to pass background and drug screening.
• Strong teamwork, problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management from initiation to delivery, including schedules and budgets.
• Direct cross-functional teams across Sales, Engineering, Production, and Quality.
• Oversee third-party subcontractors; manage component requirements and lead times.
• Serve as primary program liaison with customers; define specs and provide updates.
• Monitor and improve project margins and profitability.
• Coordinate factory inspections, testing, and quality assurance activities.
• Manage critical program documentation and coordinate logistics and site delivery.
