Job summary

Micron Technology in Boise, Idaho, is seeking a Design Engineer responsible for designing and analyzing digital and analog circuits for memory products. You will collaborate with global teams and contribute to product design that optimizes quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a BSEE or MSEE with a minimum of 4 years in Semiconductor Design. Skills in SPICE, Verilog, and experience in memory technology are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant Semiconductor Design and Development experience.
• Experience in modeling and simulation of integrated circuits.
• Demonstrated ability in mixed design and product engineering.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to new product opportunities by designing and optimizing circuits.
• Lead the layout process including floor-planning and routing.
• Work with various teams to ensure manufacturability of the product.

Skills

Modeling and simulation of integrated circuits using SPICE and Verilog

Layout process including floor-planning, placement, and routing

Working knowledge of Synopsys and Cadence Virtuoso

Education
