Job summary

Ibility, a government-focused contractor near Gaithersburg, MD, seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead a DoW/VA health affairs contract. This full-time onsite role is based in Northern Virginia and interfaces with the COR, government leadership, and partner agencies to drive program success.

The ideal candidate will have 20+ years in the Military Health System, extensive DoW/VA program experience, and strong contract-management skills to supervise teams and deliver high-quality outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and PMP certification are required.
• Minimum 20 years in the Military Health System (MHS).
• Minimum 10 years with joint DoW/VA health care programs.
• Minimum 10 years in contract management and leading contractor teams.
• Strong executive communication with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all contract task areas with day-to-day oversight.
• Direct planning and execution of contract support activities and staffing.
• Provide technical guidance and ensure quality of deliverables to the Government.
• Maintain client interface at the COR level and communicate with government and partners.
• Oversee governance, interagency partnerships, and funding program management.
