Job summary

Ibility is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a DoW health affairs program, leading analytical and strategic support for interagency health care partnerships between the Military Health System and the VA. This onsite role requires the ability to work in Northern Virginia and hold a current Public Trust background.

Responsibilities include developing data-driven processes, advising leadership on policy and legislation, and creating program metrics and reporting for senior executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 15+ years of experience working in the Military Health System (MHS).
• 5+ years of health care administration experience in a military treatment facility (MTF).
• Demonstrated experience with business case analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and performance metrics.
• Current Public Trust background investigation.
• Ability to work onsite in Northern Virginia during core business hours.

Responsibilities

• Support interagency DoW/VA health care partnerships from local to enterprise level.
• Develop, implement, and manage data-driven processes for joint health care initiatives.
• Advise leadership on legislation, policy, processes, and procedures for the joint program.
• Provide policy and advisory assistance to Defense Health Agency stakeholders.
• Develop and track internal, external, and legislative reporting requirements.
