Job summary

BTI, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, seeks a Program Manager to provide Business Management Support Services to the Defense Health Agency (DHA) in Falls Church, VA. The role requires directing complex task deliverables and interfacing with DoD military and civilian leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
• If no bachelor’s degree is held, a minimum of three (3) years of relevant professional experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of program management experience supporting DoD military and/or civilian customers.
• Demonstrated ability to organize, direct, manage, and review technical aspects of deliverables across complex, inter-related projects.

Responsibilities

• Organize, direct, manage, and review the technical aspects of deliverables involving multiple complex and inter-related project tasks.
• Maintain and facilitate lines of communication across the client interface, including senior levels of the client’s organization and with company partners.
• Meet with customer and contractor personnel to formulate, coordinate, and review task plans and deliverable items.
• Provide guidance in building operational plans and measurable outcomes.
• Support capital outlay planning efforts and prioritize initiatives to align with strategic goals.
• Ensure timely delivery of reports, briefs, and required documentation in accordance with contract requirements.
• Monitor program performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with applicable DoD policies, procedures, and performance standards.
