Job summary

The Jewish Federation of Cincinnati is seeking a Senior Annual Giving Officer in Cincinnati, OH. You will cultivate donor relationships for the Annual Campaign, Directed Gifts, and Legacy commitments, lead the Community Campaign segment, and coordinate stewardship and events.

The role includes recruiting and training volunteers, managing staff-led solicitations, and collaborating with the Director of Annual Giving. A hybrid work model is offered.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of fundraising experience.
• Proven ability to build donor relationships.
• Familiar with donor databases and CRM systems.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with donor engagement experience.
• Commitment to the Cincinnati Jewish community.

Responsibilities

• Personally manage a portfolio of 75–100 donor prospects.
• Oversee the Community Campaign segment ($1k–$10k) and recruit/train volunteers.
• Support Annual Campaign operations and staff-led solicitations.
• Coordinate fundraising and stewardship events, including parlor meetings.
• Assist in managing giving societies and their benefits.
• Track, report, and schedule activities for the Annual Giving Team.
