Job summary

Jewish Federation of Cincinnati is seeking a Senior Annual Giving Officer to grow our Annual Campaign, Direct Gifts, and Legacy commitments. You will lead the Community Campaign segment, recruit and train volunteers, and coordinate donor events while supporting overall fundraising operations.

The role reports to the Director of Annual Giving and requires building strong donor relationships, strategic planning, and effective stewardship within our Cincinnati community.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of fundraising experience.
• Proven ability to cultivate donor relationships and solicit gifts.
• Familiarity with donor databases and CRM systems.
• Excellent listening and communication skills; strategic donor engagement.
• Strong interpersonal skills, detail-orientation, and reliable follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 75-100 donor prospects.
• Oversee Community Campaign gifts of $1k-$10k.
• Coordinate annual campaign operations and staff solicitations.
• Plan and run donor stewardship events and parlor meetings.
• Support giving societies and benefits programs.
• Track, report, and schedule activities for the Annual Giving Team.
