Oath is seeking a Growth Marketing leader to expand donor acquisition and engagement through paid media, peer-to-peer programs, and community building. You will own budgets, targets, and creative direction, partnering with email, social, and creator teams to scale donor impact.

You will design and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms, while building audiences, measuring performance, and driving conversion. This role blends hands-on execution with strategic leadership.

Qualificações

• 6+ years in paid digital, performance marketing or digital fundraising.
• Proven ability to manage large paid budgets and hit ROI targets.
• Excellent written communication and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Own the donor acquisition and retention campaigns across paid and peer-to-peer channels.
• Lead budgets, targets, and forecasting for donor acquisition and retention.
• Plan, launch, optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, and new platforms.
• Develop campaign ideas, brief creatives, and lead testing with teams.
• Build and manage donor communities, ambassadors, and peer-to-peer programs.
• Write and optimize ad copy, landing pages, and P2P scripts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Email, Social, Partnerships, and CRM teams.
• Report on spend, CPA, conversion, and retention; translate data into action.
